Christmas Party
Dear Parents,
Christmas – the season of love, happiness and sharing - is approaching. I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of you a merry Christmas.
In connection to this, I would like to inform you of the Christmas Party as follows:
Christmas Party – December 20th, 2017
- Date: December 20, 2017
- Venue: Scalabrini Vietnam
- 15:00 : Pick- up at VICS
- 15:30: Introduction to Scalabrini Vietnam
- 17:00: Party and gift Exchange (Chris Kringle amount: Pre – Gr4:100VND and Gr5- Gr10: 150 VND)
- 18:00: Performance
- 19:30: Return to VICS
Fee: 120.000 VND/student (including transportation, food and drinks)
Note:
- Parents or guardians who would like to join this party, please register at VICS reception by 10th December, 2017. The fee is 150.000VND/person. By the way, parents or guardians would like to join the peformance, pls register your presentation so that VICS can prepare for the program.
- All students are required to attend this special event.
